Abstract: Last year, Medallia presented its new architecture, Atlas, in broad strokes. This year, we will go deeper in some areas, by demonstrating an open source tool we released that allows you to have a first hand contact with the technologies that drive this architecture: Medallia In a Box. We will also address the challenges of the operationalization of this infrastructure and talk about the often glossed over tools to automate the monitoring, scaling and repair of Atlas components
